2) Accuracy of Information, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
McBlooms attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing products and services available on the Site; however to the extent permitted by applicable law, McBlooms does not warrant that the product descriptions colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Mistakes may occur. When a mistake is noticed, McBlooms will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected where necessary. In these cases, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product.
3) Currency of Sales Transactions
The prices quoted on this Site are in the currency of the receiving address. Applicable taxes and Canadian domestic shipping charges, as specified, are then added to Canadian orders. Applicable duties and customs charges to the U.S. are included in the U.S. dollar price; only U.S. domestic shipping charges, as specified, are then added to U.S. orders.
Please note --we will not process payment on your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped from our distribution centre.
4) Shipping & Handling
McBlooms ships via CanPar in Canada and via FedEx Ground in the continental United States. By special arrangement,upon request, we may be able to ship via Canada Post to locations in Canada and the United States that are not serviced by these carriers. As well, we may be able to ship to overseas locations using Canada Post. Please note -- additional shipping and handling charges will apply, based on the actual cost provided to us by Canada Post.
Tracking numbers are available for all shipments and can be obtained by emailing your request to us once you have received confirmation from us that your order has been processed and shipped.
5) Links to Other Sites
Occasionally McBlooms may provide, for your convenience, links to other web sites over which McBlooms has no control. McBlooms provides no endorsement of representation of any kind regarding the products, services, content or appropriateness of content of such web sites, and the user hereby irrevocably waives any claim against McBlooms with respect to such web sites. Except as specifically stated on the Site, none of McBlooms or any of its respective directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or any hyperlinked web site. 7) Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
The Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by McBlooms from its offices within the province of Ontario, Canada. The Site can be accessed from all provinces and territories in Canada, as well as the United States of America and other countries around the world.
